We need your CV, a letter of motivation & current references. Missing documents will be requested in this step.
1st interview: If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to a 1st interview with the department. This serves to gain a first personal impression and to clarify basic questions.
2nd interview: If the first interview is successful, there will be an in-depth interview on site with the specialist department and the hiring manager. This will go into more detail about your professional qualifications, experience and specific knowledge.
Finally, there will be a last casual interview via Microsoft Teams with the People Team to introduce you to the Sunfire culture and discuss the job offer together.
Once you receive your offer and accept it, the rest of the onboarding process begins.
